On April 12, volunteers and clinical partners transformed the Riverside Community Hall into a one-stop wellness destination. Attendees received blood pressure and glucose checks, dental education, vision referrals, and consultations with mental health navigators.
Interpreter services were available in four languages. More than 120 people registered for follow-up clinic appointments—a sign that outreach is connecting people to ongoing care.
